James O’Malley serves as a web analyst for VML’s New York City office. James leads analysis, executive-level reporting, implementation, and optimization for global clients across multiple country sites. He acts as primary point of contact for several clients at multiple organizations, working directly with them to ensure proper implementation of web analytics strategies and tools.

In his time with VML, James has gained meaningful experience with Omniture SiteCatalyst, WebTrends, Yahoo Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing, Microsoft adCenter, and Constant Contact.

James graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing
